i'm back in laguna. yvette is sick, she missed two days of school. hopefully we dont catch whatever she has but i think ate honey is coming down with a cough. so we are getting shipped to the doctors today...which sucks cuz its joenels wedding and i really cant go. plus i lost his phone number so i cant contact him.

life is otherwise good. i've been eating a lot of food. and sleeping a lot. i will probably weigh 300 lbs when i return. which is ok cuz canada is known for its obesity. i bought more shoes yesterday. i cant help it. an awesome pair of shoes is $15 and i got a pair of sandals for $5. i think we are going back tomorrow. i am addicted. but i figure i might as well take advantage of the good times now before i have to go out and find a job.

laptops are hot. i want a laptop. when i get a job i will buy my dad and me a laptop each. that is my short term goal. saving the world is my long term goal.

superman was awesome. i hope to purchase a fake DVD so i can watch it over and over again. there is a part where a newscast mentions that superman was spotted in manila and like the whole theatre gasped. it was so funny. we are special!

people here are so keen on texting. i cant text. well i cant but i am uber slow at it. i guess its cheaper to text or something. i think im gonna jump on that bandwagon.

there is a tagalog version of deal or no deal. its hilarious. its like an uber ghetto version of the US one. kris aquino is the host and she wears a new gown every night. plus the 26K girls do a cheesy dance at the beginning. oh and the top prize is 2 million pesos. thats like $50,000. people make deals at $3000. there is also a philippine idol about to begin. good ol wholesome programming.

2 weeks until the HK trip. 3 until my family gets here. sweet!
